Hawaii forecast is for wet Halloween night

It's going to be a soggy Halloween night for trick-or-treaters.National Weather Service forecaster Derek Wroe said the weather tonight will be much like it has been throughout the day with lots of heavy shower spurts on O'ahu, Kaua'i, Maui and some sections of the Big Island.
The conditions are likely to remain the same through tomorrow, according to Wroe.
