Superferry vote

The state House is expected to vote today on a bill that allows Hawaii Superferry to resume service while the state conducts an environmental review of the project. The state Senate passed the bill on Monday in a 20-5 vote.

The House floor session starts at noon.

The Senate meets at 10 a.m. today on an extended sentencing bill and to consider Gov. Linda Lingle's Cabinet nominations.

Today is the last day of a special session.
