ISLAND LIFE SHORTS
Keiki Festival at Plantation Village

Advertiser Staff

Hawaii's Plantation Village celebrates its 15th anniversary with "Relive the Plantation Days — Keiki Festival," highlighting the Islands' multi-ethnic heritage.

Visitors of all ages can wander through the village, sample ethnic foods, catch a special performance by comedian Frank DeLima and participate in a "Happy birthday" sing-along with birthday cake. Entertainment, balloon artists, storytelling, plantation-era games and activities, catch-and-release fishing, prizes and more are also on tap.

It's happening from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, and it's free. The village is at 94-695 Waipahu St. 677-0110, www.hawaiiplantationvillage.org.
