Sunset on the Beach returns to Queen's Surf Beach in Waikiki with food booths, entertainment and films on that giant screen.

Tonight's festival celebrates the 60th anniversary of the U.S. Air Force and is a prelude to Air Force Week (Sept. 7-15). The Air Force band Hana Hou performs at 5 and 6 p.m., and the featured film is "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest." Tomorrow's movie is "Bridge to Terabithia."

Festivities begin at 4 p.m.; the films hit the screen after sunset, about 7 p.m. Admission is free.
