Brazen thieves take video games from Honolulu bar
Advertiser Staff
Three men walked into a Honolulu bar Saturday and walked out with two video game machines.Police say the brazen robbery occurred just after noon when the men entered the bar and announced they were taking the machines.
When employees objected, one of the men lifted his shirt and showed a black gun stuck in his waistband, police said. He then stood by while his two accomplices left with the video machines.
Police later stopped a black sports utility vehicle similar to the one used by the thieves, but witnesses were unable to positively identify the suspects in a street lineup, detectives said.
There were no arrests and the case remains under investigation.
