Car crash reported on H-3 Kailua-bound prior to summit

City paramedics have been sent to the scene of a traffic crash reported to be in the Kane'ohe-bound lanes of the H-3 Freeway about three miles prior to the Tetsuo Harano Tunnel.Police reported multiple injuries to those involved in the crash, but specific information was not immediately available.
A city ambulance crew was dispatched to the accident site about 1 a.m.
