Kane'ohe's Wilson eliminated from PGA Tour playoffs

Kane'ohe's Dean Wilson, who finished tied for 30th yesterday at the Deutsche Bank Championship, was eliminated from the four-event PGA Tour playoffs.The top 70 in the FedEx Cup points standings advanced to the third tournament of the playoffs, this week's BMW Championship.
Wilson finished 75th with 90,256 points. Bo Van Pelt is 70th with 90,748. Phil Mickelson moved into the points lead after his victory yesterday.
The top 30 in the points standings after the BMW Championship advance to the Tour Championship, Sept. 13-16.
