Advertiser Staff

A walking tour of the Capitol District is set for Saturday.

Historian Nanette Napoleon will lead the tour, which takes places every second Saturday of the month.

The walk, sponsored by Mission Houses Museum, kicked off in June and has gotten rave reviews.

The tour runs from 10 a.m. to noon, and costs $15 or $10 for Mission Houses members.

Participants tour the Mission Houses Museum and Cemetery, walk through Kawaiaha'o Church grounds, past the Kamehameha Statue and end at Honolulu Hale. Space is limited and reservations are encouraged.

To sign up for a tour, call 531-0481, ext. 707.
