HPU professor to lecture on Civil War

Justin Vance, a professor at Hawaii Pacific University, will give a free talk, "Strategic Concepts in the Civil War," at 6 p.m. Sept. 19 at the USS Bowfin Museum.The talk is being hosted by the Hawaii Civil War Round Table. For more information, call 261-8663.
