Philadelphia Fed president to speak on Big Island

Charles Plosser, the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, will be the opening speaker of a bankers convention on the Big Island on Saturday.Plosser is scheduled as the opening speaker for the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers's annual meeting at the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
