LOS ANGELES — "Spider-Man" film star Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer got married Monday in Kona, his publicist confirmed Tuesday.

Maguire, 32, and Meyer have been together since 2003. They got engaged last year and have a daughter, Ruby, who was born in November.

Meyer is the daughter of Ron Meyer, president of Universal Studios.

HALLE BERRY HAVING A BABY

LOS ANGELES — Halle Berry is expecting her first child.

The 41-year-old Academy Award-winning actress told the TV show "Access Hollywood" that she's three months pregnant. She identified the father as boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, a model.

"Gabriel and I are beyond excited, and I've waited a long time for this moment in life. Now the next seven months will be the longest of my life!" Berry wrote in an e-mail.

Berry won a best-actress Oscar for 2001's "Monster's Ball."

JUDE LAW IN SPAT WITH PAPARAZZI

LONDON — Police arrested Jude Law after he allegedly attacked a photographer outside his London home. The actor, however, denied the allegations yesterday.

The photographer accused him of trying to grab his camera during a scuffle late Tuesday, Britain's Press Association reported.

The 34-year-old actor, whose films include "The Talented Mr. Ripley," "Alfie," "Cold Mountain," and "Closer," voluntarily went to a West London police station after the incident, said his lawyer, Graham Shear.

"Mr. Law provided the police with a statement regarding his denials of allegations by a paparazzi photographer against him and made his own allegations concerning the photographer," Shear said, without elaborating.

'BLUE HAWAII' REMAKE RUMORED

Zac Efron, the 19-year-old Disney phenom from "High School Musical" and its equally hot sequel "High School Musical 2," could don lei, surfer shorts and make like Elvis Presley singing "Can't Help Fallin' in Love With You" in Hawai'i.

Efron is said to be remaking Presley's popular 1961 film "Blue Hawai'i," according to Mike Walker of the National Enquirer.

Is that why he and his on- and off-screen sweetheart, "High School" co-star Vanessa Hudgens, visited the Islands to test the waters this summer?

Efron sings, dances and can stand on a surf board.

The Hollywood hottie even played a young Elvis of sorts in the hit film musical "Hairspray," but that was a secondary part.

The teen star is also rumored to be taking on the Kevin Bacon part in a remake of 1984's "Footloose," now in development. The latter project has Island ties, too — the script was written by local boy Dean Pitchford.
