Douglas Emmett to pay cash dividend

Douglas Emmett Inc., the Santa Monica, California-based real estate investment trust that owns property in Los Angeles and O'ahu, said its board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 17.5 cents a share.The dividend will be payable on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 28.
