Kamehameha lane reopens after water main repair

One Kailua-bound lane of Kamehameha Highway in Kane'ohe closed this morning for water main repairs service has reopened to traffic.The break, reported at 5:10 a.m., initially forced the closure of both Kailua-bound lanes of Kamehameha Highway between Paleka and Puainia roads, said Devon Nekoba, a spokesman for the Honolulu Board of Water Supply.
The far right-hand lane of Kamehameha Highway reopened later during the morning, Nekoba said.
