Due to popular demand, Hank's Haute Dogs is changing its hours: The popular hot dog storefront will now be open from noon to 6 p.m. Sundays (but will close Mondays). To kick off the additional weekend hours, owner Hank Adaniya is bringing in chef Dale Levitski, who helmed the kitchen at Adaniya's famed Chicago restaurant Trio, which he closed last year.

Adaniya has challenged Levitski to come up with a signature preparation for the eatery's new "Kobe" dog made with wagyu beef from Australia.

"Dale is a master of whimsical culinary innovations and I am excited to see what he comes up with for this exotic and limited offering," says Adaniya.

The Kobe hot dog will be featured as a Sunday special.
