Police shut down Punchbowl exit from H-1 eastbound

Police have closed the Punchbowl off-ramp from the H1 east-bound lanes due to blown out electrical transformer.A Hawaiian Electric Co. repair crew is on the scene.
Street lights and traffic signals at the intersection of Punchbowl Street and Vineyard Boulevard are not working/
Police could not immediately say when the exit onto Punchbowl Street will be reopened.
The transformer went out prior to 11 p.m.
