Cause of death deferred on Punchbowl crash victim

The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office today deferred on findings for cause and manner in the death of 47-year-old Kenneth Yamada of Waipahu, who died Friday after crashing his car on Punchbowl Street.The ME will await lab tests before making a determination.
