Hawai'i stock index lower as most issues decline

The Bloomberg-Honolulu Advertiser Hawai'i Index fell for a second day, declining 0.4 points as decliners outnumbered gainers.The 11-stock index fell to 99.74, with the biggest decline among stocks being Central Pacific Financial, which was down 46 cents.
