Judge offers free 'How and When to Use a Lawyer' talk

The chief judge of Hawai'i's Intermediate Court of Appeals will speak next week at a free public informational session on "How and When to Use a Lawyer and How to Find One."

Chief Judge Mark Recktenwald will be joined in the hour-long session, set for noon Sept. 19, by personnel from the Hawaii Bar Association and Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii.

The program will be held in the Supreme Court conference room on the second floor of Ali'iolani Hale, 417 S. King St.
