Young Laundry owner to acquire Fresno chain

U.S. Dry Cleaning Corp., the Palm Springs, Calif.-based owner of Hawai'i's Young Laundry chain, said it's signed a agreement to acquire a 20-store chain for $6.13 million in cash and stock.The company said the business, with 18 stores in and around Fresno, Calif. and two in Arizona, would add more than $6.5 million in annual revenue. The businesses are Team Enterprises Inc., Bell Hop Cleaners ofCalifornia Inc., Team Equipment Inc. and Fabricare Services Inc. The businesses operate under the trade names One Hour Martinizing and Regency Cleaners.
