No tsunami threat for Hawaii after Indonesia quake

The 7.9 earthquake that caused a small tsunami in Indonesia does not pose a tsunami threat to Hawai'i or the coastlines of the Pacific, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said this morning.The shallow earthquake, in Southern Sumatera, Indonesia, was located outside the Pacific.
