Thousands expected Friday at Nuuanu Street Festival

Nu'uanu Avenue from Pauahi to King streets will be closed to traffic Friday for the Taste of the Arts Nu'uanu Street Festival, presented by the Honolulu Culture & Arts District Association.More than 3,000 people are expected to attend the event, which runs from 6 to 10 p.m.
The festival will feature food, wine, art and entertainment from businesses in the art district.
Galleries will be open and jazz bands will perform throughout the night.
The events are free.
