Kaulia, Smooth and Keale to perform in Waikiki

Three Rhythm & Roots Records artists— Donald Kaulia, L.T. Smooth and Walter Keale — will perform 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Waikiki Beach Walk Fountain Stage on Lewers Street.The show is free and open to the public.
Kaulia's "Sweet Wahine" CD and Smooth's "Freedom" are due in stores Sept. 20; Keale's album, "Keale," was recently released.
Their musical styles tap instrumentals and vocals, ranging from ki ho'alu to light jazz, from contemporary and traditional Hawaiian to blues.
For local residents, there is $6 valet parking up to four hours at the Embassy Suites hotel, with access from the beach walk, and the Wyndham Vacation Ownership off Lewers.
