Society of Volunteers to meet Sept. 24

The Hawai'i Society of Volunteers will hold its monthly meeting Sept. 24, and welcomes new members.The meeting will be at the Mo'ili'ili Community Center, Room 302. Registration starts at 5:30 p.m., and the meeting begins at 6. The cost to attend is $5.
The Society of Volunteers is a new nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support to charitable organizations. Every month, members work in partnership with different charities. For more information or to reserve a spot, call 256-3014 or e-mail jmwedemeyer@msn.com.
