Hawai'i stock index ends week on sour note

The Bloomberg-Honolulu Advertiser Hawai'i Index ended the week on a sour note, led by declines in shares of Maui Land & Pineapple and Barnwell Industries.

The 11-member stock index fell 1.01 points to 98.68 at the close of regular markets. Maul Land & Pineapple fell $1.05 to $27.81 while Barnwell was off $1.04 to $14.95. Seven stocks in the index charted declines.
