NFL: Cowboys' charter makes unscheduled landing

NEW ORLEANS - The Dallas Cowboys' charter flight to Miami made an unscheduled landing today at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.
Airport spokeswoman Michelle Duffourc said the Boeing 757 landed at the airport at about 3 p.m. because of what was reported as a hydraulic problem.
American Airlines spokesman John Hotard said another plane was heading to New Orleans from Dallas-Fort Worth to pick up the team and take it to Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The Cowboys are scheduled to play the Miami Dolphins tomorrow.
Hotard confirmed the plane was carrying the team and said it landed safely. He could not say for sure what the problem was.
