Town-bound Likelike lanes closed until 9 a.m. today

HONOLULU — The state Department of Transportation advises Oahu motorists of a full nighttime closure of Likelike Highway in the Honolulu-bound direction from Kahekili Highway to Valley View Drive until 9 a.m. today morning for tunnel maintenance and cleaning.Motorists are advised to use such alternate routes as the Pali Highway and the H-3 Freeway and to allow for extra travel time. Only emergency vehicles and City and County buses will be allowed through the closure
