Punchbowl man charged with killing neighbor's chicken

A 47-year-old Punchbowl man was charged Friday with misdemeanor cruelty to animals for allegedly killing a neighbor's pet chicken.Bail for Kelly Ross Lukela Mews of Puowaina Drive is $2,000. Mews also has two outstanding warrants totaling $355.
