Terry replaces Dr. David Sakamoto, who resigned from the post earlier this year.

Terry has held a variety of healthcare management positions for the past 28 years. Most recently he served as vice president of heart and vascular at Stanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, S.D. Terry also previously served as vice president of hospital operations for Wahiawa General Hospital and is a graduate of the University of Hawai'i.
