Hiroshi's highlights Big Island baby abalone

Chef Hiroshi Fukui, of Hiroshi Eurasion Tapas, is always experimenting with new ingredients. His latest culinary play thing: baby abalone from the Big Island.

From Sept. 24 to 29, he will feature a number of preparations using the delicious shellfish.
