Hearing for Nanakuli shooting suspect today

Advertiser Staff

A preliminary hearing is scheduled today at District Court for a 60-year-old man charged in connection with a drug-related shooting incident last week at a Nanakuli townhouse.

David K. Delima was charged with first-degree terroristic threatening, reckless endangering and a firearm offense instead of attempted second-degree murder, according to prosecutors.

Delima is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

No one was injured in the incident Wednesday on Helelua Street in which a short was fired at the townhouse.
