Sue Johnson left her home in New England and arrived here Monday in hopes of locating her mentally challenged adult daughter, Zuely Johnson.

Sue Johnson said she last heard from Zuely a week ago and believes her daughter may be with Richard Lee Oglesby Jr., 44, who failed to show up in Circuit Court Sept. 14 for sentencing in a narcotics case.

Johnson said her daughter was last seen at work at Abilities Unlimited on Sept. 10.

"Her job there is working with people who are more challenged than she is," Johnson said.

She said it is unusual for here daughter to be out of contact with her for more than a week.

"Every day, for as long as I can remember, she would call me or I would call her," Johnson said.

She said she went to her daughter's apartment and found it trashed.

Sue Johnson filed a missing person report with police and has been searching for Zuely since she arrived on O'ahu.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call police missing persons detective Phil Camero at 529-3115.
