After two successive pars, Fujikawa buried a long putt for birdie on his 16th to go 2-under. However, he bogeyed the par-4 closing hole to shoot 33-37.

That put him at 2-under (33).
He went to 3-under with a birdie on his 11th (par-5 No. 2 hole).
But he then three-putted the the 13th (par-3 No. 4) for a double bogey.

Five other golfers shot 7-under 64.
