How far is "Heaven"? About as far as it takes you to get to Aloha Tower Marketplace tonight to see Grammy-winning band of brothers Los Lonely Boys in concert. The trio of real-life brothers Henry, Jojo and Ringo Garza from San Angelo, Texas, are playing the grounds of Events at the Tower at 8 p.m. The Boys' sound is a rootsy blend of music styles — rock, pop, country, blues, Tejano — they grew up playing with their traveling musician dad Enrique. Henry Garza called the band's "musical burrito ... Texican." Dig in. 877-750-4400, www.ticketmaster.com.

HEALTHY EATING

CARTOON NETWORK HELPS TEACH KIDS THE FACTS ABOUT FOOD

Your kids can learn to read food labels, helping them to eat more healthily. To help, the Food and Drug Administration has partnered with the Cartoon Network on a public education campaign encouraging children ages 9 to 13 to read the nutrition facts on food labels.

An interactive Web page on the Cartoon Network's Web site teaches kids to avoid foods high in fat, cholesterol, sodium and sugar, and consume more foods with potassium, fiber, iron and calcium. It also offers information on serving sizes and calories (40 calories is low, 100 is moderate and 400 is high). LEARN MORE: www.spottheblock.com
