Honolulu Police to hold women's recruitment seminar

The Honolulu Police Department will be holding a Women's Recruitment Seminar at the Police Training Academy, 93-093 Waipahu Depot St. in Waipahu, from 9 a.m. to noon tomorrow.The event will allow women interested in a career in law enforcement an opportunity to get an overview of the hiring process and recruit training program.
In addition, participants will tour the academy, receive demonstrations and tips on how to survive the rigors of the recruit training program and the physical training test from female officers and recruits.
