UH football: UH students get free bus transportation

Advertiser Staff

The University of Hawaii is providing free bus transportation for students from campus to Aloha Stadium for all home football games.

The number of buses has been increased to six — or almost 300 seats — for each home game this year.

Buses will leave the intersection near Gateway House (Dole Street and East-West Road) at 4 p.m. before Saturday games. They will depart from Aloha Stadium promptly 30 minutes after the game ends and return to the same intersection.

These buses are available on a first-come, first-seated basis, so look for sign-up sheets in the student residence halls.

UH plays Charleston Southern 6:05 p.m. today at Aloha Stadium. The team is at Idaho next week and return to play Utah State Oct. 6.
