Teen boy arrested in stolen-moped case on Tantalus

Police investigating loud-noise complaints on Tantalus Drive yesterday arrested one youth for allegedly operating a stolen moped.A boy, 15, arrested as a juvenile for detaining stolen property at 1:13 a.m. was later released pending further investigation.
Police said the boy was with a group of youths riding mopeds up and down Tantatlus Drive and doing "wheelies."
