Maui workshop today for Hawaiian culture program

WAILEA — Free orientation and training workshops are being offered statewide for the Hawaii Tourism Authority's Living Hawaiian Culture program.The Maui meeting will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. today at the Diamond Hawaii Resort & Spa in Wailea. The program provides funding support to eligible organizations with projects that strengthen, support and nurture Hawaiian culture and communities.
The workshops are sponsored by the tourism authority and the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement.
