MicroPlanet says Kapalua Resort test going well

Advertiser Staff

MicroPlanet Inc., an energy conservation company, said initial results from a pilot program at Maui's Kapalua Resort indicate its new technology can result in a 13 percent savings in kilowatt hour consumption.

The resort has tested the technology for the past six months. MicroPlanet's products manage the voltage delivered to a business or home at optimal levels. The company claims its technology can improve utility services and reduce peak demand.
