Small surf dominates forecast again

East-facing shores will see surf 2 to 4 feet through Thursday while the rest of the shores will see surf 2 feet or less, the National Weather Service said.A small northwest swell is expected Thursday, as well as a short-period trade wind swell.
Surf heights are forecast heights of the face or front of waves.
