Tickets available for KCC culinary fundraiser

Individual tickets are still available for the annual Ho'okipa event Oct. 5, an evening of food and entertainment that raises funds for the projects of the culinary program at Kapi'olani Community College.Featured guest chef this year is Olelo pa'a Faith Ogawa of the Big Island, a graduate of the community college culinary training system (Leeward Community College) and a private caterer.
She's preparing three special dishes but there will be dozens, prepared by teams of student chefs, chef instructors and volunteer chefs from the culinary community.
Although all tables are long sold out, individual tickets (generally stand-up, high-table tickets), are $100. Call 734-9544.
