Waianae man charged with sex assault on minor

A 21-year-old Wai'anae man was charged today with three counts each of first- and third-degree sex assault involving a teenage girl.Bail for Kevin James S. Espinueva is $50,000 pending his initial appearance tomorrow at District Court. Espinueva was charged at 5:10 p.m.
The alleged attacks occurred between September 2006 and January 2007, police said.
Espinueva is also being held on four outstanding warrants totalling $1,750.
