Hawai'i stock index gains for a second day

The Bloomberg-Honolulu Advertiser Hawai'i Index rose for a second day, led by gains in Maui Land & Pineapple and Bank of HawaiiThe 11-member stock index rose 0.97 points to close at 100.57
Maui Land shares rose 83 cents cents to $29.29. Bank of Hawaii shares rose 71 cents to $52.77.
