County fair will affect Maui traffic rest of week

The Maui County Fair will affect traffic and the hours of county offices at War Memorial Gymnasium. The fair runs today through Sunday.

County offices will be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and Friday. Offices affected will include Land Use and Codes, and the Parks and Recreation Department's permit office and aquatics division.

The Coach Sakamoto swimming pool will close at 3 p.m. today and remain closed through the weekend.

Halia-Nakoa Street will remain closed to traffic until Oct. 5, with one-way traffic from Kanaloa Avenue to Baldwin High School resuming Oct. 13.
