Judge rules go! parent destroyed key files

A federal judge today ruled that Mesa Air Group, owner of go! airlines, destroyed confidential information key to a lawsuit filed by Hawaiian Airlines.Hawaiian Airlines is seeking $177 million in damages in its lawsuit against Mesa.
U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Robert Faris made no ruling today on whether go! will have to pay damages or how much. That ruling will come later in the trial.
Hawaiian's suit alleges the Phoenix-based Mesa used confidential Hawaiian information to start go!
Hawaiian says Mesa gained the information during Hawaiian's recent bankruptcy proceedings.
