Spouse Abuse Shelter getting $10K from Rotary Club

The Rotary Club of Windward Oahu will present a check for $10,000 to the Spouse Abuse Shelter at the club's meeting today at the Mid-Pacific Country Club.The grant was part of the club's annual Weinberg Friends Service Project, completed on Saturday.
Rotarians painted, did yard work and helped with carpentry projects at the shelter.
This was the 11th year the club participated in the Weinberg Friends Service Project. Together, they have raised $110,000 for charities in Windward O'ahu.
Past recipients of the grant include the Merimed Foundation, Kailua Public Library and the Windward Senior Day Care Center.
