Hawaii teams in Fall Classic

Hawaii Baseball will send two teams to play in next month's Arizona Baseball Academy Senior Fall Classic, Oct. 11 to 14, at the Peoria Sports Complex in Arizona. All 30 Major League baseball organizations and more than 100 college programs will have scouts or coaches attending the event.
There are 22 players per team from high schools throughout the state, save for one. Kaiana Eldredge attends high school in Utah. He is the son of Southern Utah coach David "Boy" Eldredge, former coach at Hawai'i Pacific University. Eldredge is a nephew of Hawaii Baseball coordinator Duane Eldredge.
There are 44 teams in the showcase, mostly from the Western states.
