Two suspects released in Kailua brawl investigation

Two 21-year-old Honokai Hale men arrested Thursday in an ongoing police investigation into the attempted murder of man injured during a street brawl outside a Kailua bar Sept. 9 were released Friday pending further investigation.One man was booked for attempted second-degree murder and criminal solicitation for allegedly ordering a woman, 18, who was driving a vehicle to run over the victim, who suffered injuries.
The second man, who had been arrested Sept. 9, for allegedly punching a police officer was booked for intimidating a witness.
The two men and woman, 18, who was arrested last Monday for investigation of attempted second-degree murder all live at the same address.
