Hawaiian Air offers additional flight to L.A.

Advertiser Staff

Hawaiian Airlines will offer an additional flight to Los Angeles tomorrow to accommodate stranded Aloha Airlines passengers.

The seats are being offered free to about 110 Aloha ticket holders on a standby list for flights to the West Coast.

Flight 1022 will leave at 3 p.m. tomorrow from Honolulu.

The other seats on the flight are for sale starting at $236.70 one-way, and people are encouraged to purchase those online as they are expected to go fast.

To purchase tickets, go to HawaiianAirlines.com or call 800-367-5320.

If there are additional seats after the 110 standby passengers and other paying travelers are accommodated, then more standby passengers could be allowed on the plane.

The plane holds 254 people.

Today, about 30 Aloha passengers were able to fly standby on Hawaiian flights to the West Coast. About 30 people flew out standby yesterday as well.
