UH sailing second in San Francisco

The University of Hawai'i coed sailing team placed second at the St. Francis Intersectional this past weekend in San Francisco.

Stanford scored a low-best 111 points to win the two-day regatta that drew a total of 31 coed and women's teams. The 'Bows, led by a second-place finish in B division by skippers Andrew Meade and Will Petersen, and crew Pam Magasinn, scored 140.

The UH women's team finished fourth among 10 women's crews (and 12th overall) with 305 points.
