A Waipahu man accused of luring a juvenile female into a meeting for sex has an initial appearance scheduled Wednesday in District Court.

Tyler M. Wong, 30, was arrested Friday at 12:25 a.m. at Kaonohi Street and Moanalua Road in 'Aiea for first-degree electronic enticement of a child.

Wong allegedly set up the meeting with a law enforcement officer posing as a 13-year-old girl on the Internet. Wong was released yesterday after posting bail.

If convicted, Wong could be sent to prison for up to 10 years.
